Efficiently sharing form results ensures that all recipients stay informed. Follow these steps to configure email notifications and distribute form results to multiple email addresses:
1. Enable Notification Emails:
• Navigate to the Form Manager.
• Select Notifications.

• Enable the option to “Send Notification Emails to My Inbox.”

2. Enter Email Addresses:
• In the Your Email Address field, enter the email addresses of the recipients. Separate multiple email addresses with commas, like this:
john@example.com,robert@example.com,lane@example.com

3. Optional: Use Bcc for Privacy:
• To keep recipients’ email addresses confidential: Enter one address in the Your Email Address field.
• Add additional addresses in the Bcc field under More Options.


In the More Options section, you can configure advanced email settings, such as:
• Set a custom From Name or use a form field.
• Specify a Reply-To Email for responses.
• Customise the email content.
• Attach form submissions as a PDF.
