You can easily add files to your forms in XpoBay using the Media field.
Follow these simple steps:
1. Access Forms
• Navigate to Content > Forms.
• Create a new form or edit an existing one.
2. Add a Media Field
• Click on ‘Add field’ to insert a new field.
• Select Media as the field type.
3. Configure the Media Field
• In Field Properties:
• Name the field.
• Choose the media type: Image, Video, or PDF.
4. Upload or Link Your File
• Upload Directly: Click to upload your file.
• Use a URL:
– Upload the file to the File Manager.
– Copy its URL.
– Paste the URL into the media field.
Exhibitors or sponsors will be able to view the file on your form, as shown below:
