Understanding Priority Forms

Priority Forms allow organisers to enforce a specific order for form completion. When a priority is set, users must complete forms in a designated sequence before gaining access to others.

How Priority Works

– When a form is assigned Priority 1, all other forms are disabled until it is completed.

– If multiple forms have priorities (e.g., Priority 1, 2, 3), they must be completed in order.

– Once a form is completed, the next priority form unlocks immediately.

Priority settings do not apply in checklists, meaning all forms in a checklist remain available regardless of their priority numbers.

How to Set a Form as a Priority

To set a form as a priority, follow these steps:

Go to Forms in the system.

Choose the specific form you want to prioritise.

Click Edit to modify the form settings.

Navigate to Form Properties.

Tick the Priority checkbox and choose the order (from 1 to 8).

– For example, you can assign 1, 2, or 3, depending on the required order.

Click Save to apply the priority setting.

Important Notes

Priority numbers must be in sequence. For example, You cannot set a Priority 2 without first having a Priority 1.

– The order must be structured properly to ensure forms unlock in the intended sequence.

Use priority only when necessary to enforce a strict form completion order.

By following these steps, organisers can ensure forms are completed in the correct order before unlocking access to subsequent forms.
